I broke out the lineart to color for shits and giggles. On a technical level, I think I could have done better (feels a little mushy), but it works well for the lineart and concept and I'm pretty pleased with it overall. There's a small orange smudge on it as well, which I blended out as much as I could. I got some orange ink on my finger and didn't realize it until I smeared it on the page. Oops. That being said, I still think its a vast improvement over the '5 minute photoshop color slop' I did on the other one. The greyish brown border is actually gold ink, but of course it scanned like crap. It looks much better in real life, all sparkly and whatnot. EDIT: Sold! Thank you! EDIT2: The print finally went through <3 However, it's of the unedited version with the smudge. If you want a print without it (smudge removed via Photoshop), you can get it through me for $10 (8.5x11" on glossy paper, please add $2 if you're outside the US or Canada). Sorry for spamming with so many edits! Marker, colored pencil, and gen pen/marker on 8.5x11 cardstock. God, I sound like such a pretentious shit. I'm sorry. :< Comments

 This is really beautiful. I just love the use of colors. I also really love how he (just assuming it's male ) looks really shiny with the glare marks. It really gives that feel of "gold" and like Windgrowler said, he looks like a golden statue. I also love the shine affect on his bracelets. n_n
As for the character himself, I adore his eyes and hands. His eyes remind me of Japanese styled eyes they'd use for foxes or wolves and I really love how you positioned and drew the hands. The way you drew them is just really attractive. Very beautiful work. Also, don't be silly. I don't know why you think you sound like that.  I love the highlights! The subtle curl/spiral you added to the fur in some places looks fantastic.
